Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a tasting session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of session and timing of the cancellation.
Cancellation Timeframes
For private sessions and workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the session may be eligible for partial refund or rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session may not be eligible for a refund, but rescheduling may be possible
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us and we will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to expert availability, product availability, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and offer alternatives or full refunds.
